MESIVTA ATHLETICS

Mesivta Athletics was established in 2012 with the first ever inter-yeshiva flag football league, the Mesivta Football League (MFL). From its humble beginnings of 4 competing yeshivos, it quickly developed into separate Varsity and Junior Varsity divisions with teams from over 15 different yeshivos.

 

In 2018, the Mesivta Basketball Association (MBA) was established as a summer basketball league for Mesivta Bochurim in the Far Rockaway/Five Towns community. The League was a competitive and exciting way for Mesivta bochurim who remained "in town" for the summer to spend their evenings in a healthy and kosher atmosphere. It has since developed into a competitive and exciting inter-yeshiva basketball league, with separate Varsity and Junior Varsity divisions.

In 2022, Mesivta Athletics launched the Mesivta Hockey League (MHL) with 5 competing yeshivos to round out its inter-yeshiva athletic programming.
